Offline Features (100% Private)
These features run entirely on your local machine with no internet connection required (except for downloading requried AI models). Your data NEVER leaves your computer:

System Requirements
Before downloading and installing the software, please review the system requirements below to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
macOS Requirements
- ✓ Compatibility: Apple Silicon (ARM-based) processors - M1, M2, M3, and M4
- ✓ Storage: The application file is approximately 3 GB. When running, additional SSD space is required to operate AI models and save files.
- ✓ Memory: At least 10 GB of free RAM required when using advanced features such as Chatterbox TTS or Speaker Diarization for stable performance
Windows Requirements
- ✓ Compatibility: Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows 11
- ✓ Storage: File size after extraction is 10 GB (unzipped). Additional space required for AI models operation and saving files during use
- ✓ Memory: At least 10 GB of free storage available during operation when using Chatterbox TTS or Speaker Diarization for smooth functionality
- ✓ CUDA Version (Optional): Dedicated NVIDIA GPU with CUDA (version 12.1) installed for enhanced performance
- ⚠ Display Note: This software was developed on macOS and compiled for Windows using a virtual machine. You may need to adjust your screen resolution or resize the application window to fit your display properly
Important Notice
Make sure your system meets the requirements above. If it doesn't, the software may run slower, some features might not work, or you could experience unexpected behavior.
Note about screen resolution: The software is designed for a minimum resolution of 1366×768. Using a smaller screen may cause the interface to appear compressed, cut off, or partially inaccessible. Some elements may not be usable on small screens, and this behavior cannot always be resolved by maximizing the window.
Note about offline AI features: Features that work offline store and process AI models locally on your computer. Depending on your system, this can become computationally intensive. For reference, I run all features on a **macOS M1 chip with 8GB RAM and MPS**, and while everything works, some features may run slightly slower than others.
Also, as mentioned in our End License User Agreement, the software is provided "as is." Subtitle Sphere isn't responsible for any indirect issues like lost data, missed work, or other unexpected problems. Please use the Pro version responsibly and make sure to follow all terms in the agreement and any third-party policies.

Subtitle Sphere is a true passion project that took over 1.5 years of development to reach version 10.0.0. Every feature was crafted through countless late nights and unwavering dedication, all without external funding or corporate backing.

Originally, we wanted to offer everything completely free. For 12 months, every version was available at no cost, and we met many amazing community members who supported our vision. As our features and community grew, so did the resources needed to maintain the software, provide quality support, and continue developing updates. We wanted to keep our work accessible while ensuring it remains sustainable and protected from those who might abuse it. That's why we've adopted a new model that stays affordable for genuine users while giving us the means to continue offering the software at a very low cost, deliver ongoing support, and safeguard our hard work from malicious activities.
